A simple calculation to measure your body mass index (BMI)

BMI is an easy method by which to assess body weight status, however, this is not infallible as it does not recognise the difference between fat and muscle.
As you develop muscle you will proberly weigh more and muscle mass is heavier than fat.
Measure height in metres and weight in kilograms.
Then divide weight by height for example:

Height – 1.45m x 1.45m = 2.10
Weight – 65kg

Weight – 65 shared by
Height – 2.10 = 30 BMI
