Aloe Vera, the miracle plant

Earlier this year I went to Australia to see family and spent an incredible 8 weeks just doing the usual. Yep, that’s right eating, sleeping, working out and paying my respects to the sun gods/goddesses.

It was a particularly harsh & hot summer, but a very thoughtful person gave me the best gift possible - a tube of sunscreen!
SPF 30 – I thought you must be kidding I tan easily, but I have to say this stuff was the absolute best!!!

I used it for the first 3 weeks and lo and behold, I did not burn nor did my skin peel, I came back to London a true bronzed aussie, without the burn.
