Who Is Mandy Williams?

Date of Birth: 3rd Nov 1975
Home town: Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Wales

What gets you up in the morning?
The very thought of a positive new day! People I will be spending it with and what I'll achieve. And my gratitude to the universe!

What's your favourite time of day and why?
The morning - when my feet first touch the floor - because I am grateful for my health, happiness and being given another day.

What do you do for a living?
I'm self employed and on a journey of self discovery.

What are your interests?
Health and nutrition, exercise and laughter, spending time with good people around me.

Which one book, film or cd would you take to a desert island?
The Secret is the one book I wouldn't be without. My film would be Rocky - his dedication and focus and his emotional journey resonated with me. Elements of Freedom by Alesha Keys would be my music choice as it helped me through a lonely time last Christmas.

What are the highs and lows of being self employed?
The highs are having an idea or a vision and bringing it to fruition with the support of my team and their belief in me.
The lows are the demands on your time and how that dictates your lifestyle choices. But it's great being busy and challenged and I wouldn't change a thing!

If you could be reincarnated as an animal, what would it be?
A graceful bird of some type, free with the wind beneath my wings, living with nature and being able to take off at a moment's notice.

How do you keep fit?
I vist the gym 4 times a week, twice with a trainer and the rest on my own.

What's your favourite exercise routine?
My varied cardio circuits with my personal trainer.

What's your favourite Fuji drink?
Right now I'm drinking carrot, beetroot, spinach, cucumber and spirulina.

What would you choose as your last supper and who would you want with you?
My last supper will have to be RAW - not as alarmist as it sounds! It's actually a great nutritional way of eating and it tastes great too. I will of course want my closest and dearest friends with me.

Thank you Miss Williams - it's been a pleasure speaking with you!
