Exercise is fun and free!

Here’s a routine that’s free and fun. Find yourself some open space or go to your nearest park. Grab some water and a skipping rope.
Make it as simple or as hard as your fitness levels allow, but don’t cheat yourself and go for it!
• Skip for 3 minutes
• 25 crunches, start with a basic crunch
• If there are park benches, run from where you are to the next one
• Do 12 squats. Rest. Repeat.
• Skip for 3 minutes
• Use park bench to perform step ups, go for it 15 on each leg
• Skip for 3 minutes
• Hit the deck for 25 crunches
• Run to next park bench
• On the grass, or use park bench to perform press ups
• Skip for 3 minutes
Use your imagination and do other things using your immediate environment, for example: triceps dips, lunge from one park bench to the next.
